Having passed her Abitur (high school leaving certificate), Johanna Weimar studied Engineering Economics at the Bauhaus University in Weimar and the University of Applied Sciences in Erfurt, successfully completing the course in 2009. She wrote her dissertation on the subject of automation in the pharmacy wholesale trade.

In the five years before joining our company, Ms Weimar worked for one of the largest buying groups operating in the health care sector, where she managed numerous standardisation projects at twelve German university clinics in line with national and international public procurement laws. At the same time, she participated in the EHPPA, a European public sector partnership, where she chaired the public procurement working group until she moved to Dr. Newzella Consulting.

Ms Weimar joined our company’s Executive Search division in September 2019. Ms Weimar then took on the role of Customer Acquisition Manager in November 2021 and is also responsible for our Social Media Management since June this year.
