Mr Detlev Heyne has been working as a senior consultant in our product & licensing division since 2008.

Mr Heyne studied Marketing at the Academy for Advertising in Hamburg while working as an apprentice at an international advertising agency. Having completed this course, he then went on to study Economics at the University of Hamburg. Throughout his degree course, he also worked for Hermal Chemie Kurt Herrmann which offered him a position as export manager after he was awarded his degree. Since then Mr Heyne has worked for a number of companies including Allergopharma, Beiersdorf AG, Roland Arzneimittel (later named ALTANA Consumer Health) and MEDICE Arzneimittel where he built up an export department from scratch.

Having worked in the export business for more than 30 years, Mr Heyne has a profound knowledge of foreign markets and regulatory affairs and has a wide network of business contacts.
