Having passed her Abitur (high school leaving certificate), Ms Weichel studied Economics at the University of Duisburg-Essen where she majored in human resource management, employment law and business management. She graduated from university with a BSc degree.

Ms Weichel joined our company as an executive assistant in our personnel consultancy division in 2012. While doing this job, she also did a part-time Master’s degree in Human Resource Management at the FOM University in Dortmund. She was appointed a project manager at our company after she was awarded her MA. Ms Weichel was then named a junior consultant in 2017 and managed her own executive search projects. Since June 2022 she is responsible for the operational and technical aspects of the searcher team as Vice Head of Project Management.
