Dr jur. Michael Newzella

Dr Michael Newzella is both founder and managing partner of our company. As the owner of the business, he is responsible for the overall management of the company as well as for the strategic development of the different business areas. His work primarily focuses on M&A, P&L as well as filling senior executive positions.
After studying law and gaining his PhD at the University of Graz, he held a number of managerial positions in Europe and Asia for a variety of international pharmaceutical companies. Having worked as HR director, marketing director and finally as managing director within the Akzo Group, he then founded his own business – Dr. Newzella Consulting – in 1980.
Besides working at the company, Dr Michael Newzella also sits on a number of supervisory boards and advisory committees in various different industries. He is, for example, chairman of the advisory committee at Olfry Ziegelwerke GmbH.
