Sales/Commercial Manager DACH (m/f/x)

with the following profile:


Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Build commercial presence for the products in the DACH region, either self and/or with others
  • Hiring of additional sales staff in line with growth targets
  • Active development of sales strategies as well as planning, controlling and management of the budget, and initially taking part in sales efforts
  • Strategic and operational development of the organizations in the DACH region
  • Control, coordination, monitoring and execution of qualified, target group-specific sales visits
  • Preparation of customer-specific sales and revenue analyses by the KAs and initiation of appropriate measures in case of target shortfalls
  • Sustainable monitoring of compliance with standards for input factors (visits/days, days in the field, coverage, and frequency of visits to target groups)
  • Ensuring and implementing sales-promoting measures (including training events and congresses)
  • Management and organization of conferences and training, representation of the company and products at congresses, trade fairs, and events
  • Organizational and administrative activities, maintenance, and expansion of the network
  • Expansion of the existing organization in exchange with the headquarters
  • Reporting line: Managing Director



  • You show proactivity and command a good entrepreneurial mentality
  • You are stress-resistant, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and have a good overview of your daily tasks
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in sales as well as sustainable leadership experience
  • Experience in sales of Rx drugs in hospitals or with specialists such as endocrinologists, neurologists, or pediatricians
  • Strengths in sales, project management, and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, confident demeanor, conflict skills, and assertiveness
  • Social skills in leadership and management
  • Very good communication skills, customer and service orientation as well as excellent team player qualities
  • Independent working style and ability to think and act in a networked and entrepreneurial manner
  • Goal orientation and decision-making ability
  • Confident use of common MS Office programs and ERP systems
  • Very good English skills
