It markets over 200 products (Rx, OTC, medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements) and operates in over 30 markets around the world. Our client is looking to set up its first subsidiary in Western Europe, which will be based in the area of Munich, Germany. Medical Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

 

with the following profile:

 

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Planning and implementation of the medical commercial strategy and the medical activity plan (publications, advisory board, medical education etc.) with the members of the medical team, especially MSLM and in coordination with the x-functional teams (e.g., marketing or field teams)
  • Build up consistent medical storytelling by use of real-world data and implement them in strong cooperation with marketing and field teams
  • Medical evaluation and development of medical-scientific statements for market access and health policy activities
  • Advice and support for customers and employees on product and therapy issues
  • Lectures and implementation of workshops at medical specialist events and congresses
  • Carrying out competition and potential analyzes from a medical/clinical point of view
  • Carry out professional relationship management within the relevant target groups, planning and implementing of medical expert programs
  • Support in building and maintaining networks
  • Participation in the design and review of advertising materials (brochures and digital information for medical professionals, end consumers and trading partners as well as employees)
  • Cooperation with external experts and scientific societies in the context of medical-scientific projects, including advanced training events or guidelines
  • Participation in international, national, and regional congresses as well as conception and implementation of symposia
  • Planning, implementation, and follow-up of advisory boards
  • Optional: Information Officer Medicines Act - AMG § 74a
  • Reporting line: Medical Head

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in the field of medicine, pharmacy, biology, or comparable professional expertise
  • Experience in the role of information officer desirable
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Experience in dealing with marketing and field service
  • Very good knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory framework
  • Conscientious, careful as well as independent and structured way of working
  • Enjoyment of presenting scientific results and the ability to inspire colleagues
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset
  • Willingness for changes and changing framework conditions
  • Confident handling of common IT programs
  • Confident communication at all levels of cooperation (also in English)
